The BMW 3-Series is a compact executive car which debuted in 1975. Since then the German manufacture released six different generations and a total of 5 different body styles. Even if they target a more demanding consumer base, used BMW 3-Series are highly popular as they are more accessible for a wide range of individuals.
The first models were available only in a 2-door version with four-cylinder engines. The six-cylinder version was made an option a few years later. Up till the sixth and latest generation, the German manufacturer designed them as a 2-door coupe, 2-door convertible, 4-door saloon and 5-door touring version. After 2012, the 2-door models were completely removed from the lineup.
Over the the six generations of the 3-Series, the German manufacturer managed to receive multiple awards and most of their cars have been and still are used in competitions. Used BMW 3-Series are often acquired by both tuning enthusiasts and average individuals due to the line’s quality of build and accessibility.
