When buying a used Toyota Paseo, there are a couple of things you would have to consider. It was offered in either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic and falls under the sports compact class. Since it is a two-door, four-seater coupe, there is not a lot of leg room in the back. It was also sold during the 90s, with production stopping during 1997 in the US, making spare parts slightly more difficult to find as compared to other vehicles. The sales continued in Japan, Canada and some parts of Europe until late 1999.
There were two phases in terms of models, one was the coupe, the other one a convertible. Both types handle well in terms of maneuverability and have high fuel economy ratings. The Paseo shares a resemblance with the Celica and the Starlet, with some of the parts being interchangeable.
